Documents Required At The Time Of Admission

Book a tour: Call or visit the centre to schedule a tour. This is your chance to wander through classrooms, peek at colorful learning stations, and get a feel for the warm, nurturing atmosphere. You can even chat with teachers and witness the contagious smiles on the children’s faces – a sure sign of happy learning!
- Visit and Choose a Suitable plan– Kids Kingdom offers a variety of plans to cater to your child’s needs and your schedule. Whether you prefer regular full-day programs, flexible part-time options, or even exciting summer camps, there’s a perfect fit waiting for your little one. Discuss your preferences with the friendly staff – they’ll be happy to guide you towards the plan that best fosters your child’s unique growth and development.
- Register– Now, let’s make it official! Fill out the application form at the centre . It’s simple and straightforward, asking for basic details about your child and supporting documents as below.
The following is the list of documents (To be Submitted Digitally On Our App)
- Child’s Date of Birth Certificate
- Child’s Vaccination Card Copy
- Current Address Proof of the parent (Rent Agreement, Electricity Bill)
- Identity Proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card & Passport)
Physical Documents to be submitted in the school on the first day of the child:
- 4 passport size photos of the child.
- 2 passport size photos of the father.
- 2 passport size photos of the mother.
- Secure Your Spot: Pay the Registration Fee! Every adventure needs a starting point, so let’s secure your child’s place in this exciting world! Pay the registration fee online or at the centre. Early applications are highly recommended due to high demand in certain age groups.
- Settling In and Welcome on Board– At Kids Kingdom, we understand that starting preschool is a big adventure for both children and parents. That’s why we’ve crafted a smooth “Settling In” policy dedicated to making those first steps joyful and stress-free.
Settling In:
- Gradual Start: We offer phased entry options, allowing your child to visit for shorter sessions initially, gradually increasing their time in the classroom. This builds confidence and familiarity before jumping into the full preschool rhythm.
- Comforting Routines: Predictable routines are an anchor for little ones. We maintain consistent schedules for meals, play, and naptime, providing a sense of security and helping them adjust to the new environment.
Open Communication:
- Daily Updates: We believe in keeping parents in the loop. Expect regular updates through our parent communication app, or brief chats at pick-up, sharing your child’s experiences and milestones.
